3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Wickflame.in are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.

  • Once an order is placed, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the product has already been shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India within the timelines mentioned on our website.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Wickflame is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of candles (fragile and handcrafted), returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after review.

  • We do not accept returns for used candles.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Wickflame.in, including logos, product designs, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Wickflame and cannot be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Wickflame is not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents caused by misuse of our candles.

  • Always burn candles responsibly and follow safety instructions provided with the product.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
